Can I modify the engraving after placing the order?
No, once the order is confirmed, the personalization text cannot be modified: the engraving file is prepared automatically. Carefully check your first name, last name, and race time before completing the payment.
If you immediately realize there's an error, write to info@laserando.it within one hour of placing the order, indicating the order number: we will do our best to intercept it before production.

How do I pick up my order at the booth?
Come to the Laserando Stand in Piazza Salotto, Pescara, on Sunday, May 17, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Show the attendant your order confirmation email (or order number) and collect everything in 30 seconds.
If someone else accompanies you, that's fine, as long as they show the email.

What's the difference between "Pre-order" and "Live at the stand"?
Pre-order + Booth Pickup: Order online now, pay now, and pick up your ready and personalized product on May 17th.
Pre-order + Shipping: Order now, pay now, and receive it at home within 3-5 business days (for orders placed by May 10th; subsequent orders will ship from May 18th).
Live at the Booth (Medal only): Come to the booth starting at 6:00 PM on May 17th, and we'll engrave it for you in about 60 seconds.

How much does shipping cost?
€6.90 for orders under €49, free for orders over €49. We ship throughout Italy, including islands, in 3-5 working days via express courier with tracking.

Can I return a personalized product?
Products customized with laser engraving are excluded from the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code: they are made to measure for you.
Standard non-personalized products (T-shirt, Mug, Cap, etc.) are subject to the right of withdrawal within 14 days — see Returns and Refunds.
If the product arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos: we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal. All payments are handled by the PCI-compliant provider Shopify Payments — we do not access or store your card details.
